— In 2024, I transitioned from working on crypto products to leading design for Cuenta Remunerada, establishing myself as a design referent with a systemic, long-term product vision. I led complex initiatives across regions (MLA and MLM), deepened my involvement in research, explored AI tools for ideation, and promoted cross-team collaboration with Legal, KYC, Onboarding, and Product. I also mentored peers, ensured clear handoffs, and helped shape both product outcomes and team culture.

— In 2025, I worked on Fondo Propio, a project where Mercado Pago became the official administrator of its investment fund (previously managed by Banco Industrial – BIND). This involved redesigning the entire experience for individual users, legal entities, and underage investors.

— Reached and impacted over 20 million users in Mercado Pago app.

— A key challenge was updating the outdated "Embargos" flow, as Mercado Pago now had to inform users with court-ordered debt that their funds were being withheld. We focused on delivering useful information and empathetic guidance in a highly sensitive legal context.
